• Accuracy: We strive to ensure product descriptions and specifications are accurate, but the electronic components market fluctuates frequently. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors
• Pricing: Prices are displayed in USD and exclude taxes, shipping, insurance, and customs duties
• Quote Validity: Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotes are valid for 30 days. We reserve the right to adjust prices before order acceptance due to market conditions

Orders & Cancellations

• Order Confirmation: Submitting an order does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed only upon shipping confirmation or written order acknowledgment
• Customer Cancellation: NCNR products cannot be cancelled once ordered. Standard stock items may be cancelled before shipment with our written consent
• Company Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to discontinuation, stock unavailability, pricing errors, or failed credit review. Full refunds will be issued

Payment Terms

• Payment Methods: Wire Transfer (T/T), PayPal, Western Union, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX)
• Fees: All banking, intermediary, and third-party processing fees are borne by the customer
• Late Payment: For approved credit terms, overdue payments incur 1.5% monthly interest (or the maximum rate permitted by law)

Ownership & Risk Transfer

• Shipping Terms: Unless otherwise agreed, all sales are FOB Hong Kong or EXW Warehouse
• Risk Transfer: Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier
• Title Retention: Product ownership remains with WWD Electronics Co., Limited until full payment is received

Limitation of Liability
