Warranty

All electronic components purchased from WWD Electronics carry a 365-day quality guarantee from the date of shipment. If you discover material defects, workmanship issues, or non-compliance with manufacturer specifications during this period, you are entitled to request inspection and return processing.

Return Authorization (RMA) Process

All returns require an RMA number before shipping. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Step 1: Submit Request
Contact support@wwdelectronics.com within 30 days with your order number, part number, quantity, and reason for return
Step 2: Review & Approval
Our team reviews your request within 24-48 hours and issues a unique RMA number with return instructions
Step 3: Ship Back
Mark the RMA number clearly on the outer shipping box (not on original product packaging)

Return Conditions

Defective Returns (Quality Issues)

If products are defective (counterfeit, non-functional, or refurbished), we require:

  • Initial Proof: Clear photographs and detailed fault descriptions
  • Third-Party Testing: Reports from White Horse Labs, GETS, or other recognized testing agencies are accepted
  • Resolution: Full refund (including shipping) or free replacement, with all return shipping costs covered by us

Non-Defective Returns (Buyer's Remorse)

  • Time Limit: Must be requested within 30 days of receipt
  • Condition: Products must be in original, unopened condition. MSL/ESD-sensitive components with opened vacuum packaging cannot be returned
  • Labels & Packaging: All original labels, accessories, and packaging must be intact
  • Fees: Buyer pays return shipping plus initial shipping costs. A 15-20% restocking fee may apply

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items beyond the return period (30 days for non-defective, 365 days for defective)
  • Products marked as NCNR (Non-Cancellable, Non-Returnable) at time of order
  • Custom-ordered or specially sourced components
  • Products that have been soldered, modified, or damaged by the customer
  • Products without original packaging or with missing/damaged labels

Refund Methods

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after receiving and inspecting returned products
  • Wire transfer refunds may take 3-5 additional business days for bank processing
  • Store credit is available as an alternative for faster processing
