At WWD Electronics, we guarantee that all products sold are 100% original and genuine. To protect your interests and ensure fair transactions, we have established the following detailed return and refund policy. All return requests must strictly follow the procedures outlined below.

1. Quality Warranty

We provide a 365-day quality warranty on all electronic components purchased from WWD Electronics, commencing from the date of shipment.

During this period, if you discover material defects, workmanship defects, or deviations from manufacturer specifications, you are entitled to request a quality inspection and return.

2. Return Authorization (RMA) Process

Before returning any product, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Packages returned without authorization will not be processed and may be returned to sender.

Step 1: Submit Request Contact our support team at support@wwdparts.com with your order number, part number(s), quantities, and a description of the issue (including a test report for quality claims). Within 30 days of discovering the issue
Step 2: Review & RMA Issuance Our after-sales team will review your request and, if approved, issue a unique RMA number with return shipping instructions. 24–48 hours
Step 3: Pack & Ship Clearly label the RMA number on the outer shipping carton (never directly on the original product packaging). Ship to the address provided. Per instructions

3. Return Conditions

3.1 Defective Product Returns

If you receive a product with quality issues (e.g., counterfeit, functional failure, or refurbished components), we require valid supporting evidence:

  • Preliminary Evidence: Clear photographs and a detailed description of the fault.
  • Authoritative Testing: Where necessary, we accept and recognize test reports issued by White Horse Labs, GETS (Global Electronics Testing Services), or other industry-recognized third-party testing laboratories.
  • Resolution: Once a quality defect is confirmed, we will provide a full refund (including shipping costs) or a free replacement of conforming product, with all round-trip shipping costs covered by WWD Electronics.

3.2 Non-Defective Returns

If you need to return products for reasons unrelated to quality (e.g., ordering error, project cancellation), the following conditions must be met:

  • Time Limit: Return request must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.
  • Condition Requirements: Products must remain in their original, unopened condition. For moisture-sensitive (MSL) or ESD-sensitive components, returns cannot be accepted once vacuum packaging has been opened.
  • Labels & Packaging: All original manufacturer labels, accessories, documentation, and packaging must be intact.
  • Fees: The customer is responsible for return shipping and the original outbound shipping cost. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15–20% of the product value.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following circumstances:

  • The applicable return period has expired (30 days for non-defective items; 365 days for warranty claims).
  • Products have been soldered, trimmed, programmed, or damaged due to customer mishandling (e.g., ESD damage or overvoltage exposure).
  • Items purchased under NCNR (Non-Cancellable, Non-Returnable) terms, including special orders and custom-sourced products.
  • Failure to provide valid proof of purchase or an RMA number.

5. Shipping Cost Responsibilities

Customer ordering error, incorrect address, or non-quality rejection Customer bears all shipping costs (including duties and potential return fees).

Important: Please prepay all return shipping costs. We do not accept freight-collect (COD) return shipments unless we have provided a prepaid shipping label in advance.

6. Refund Processing
