At WWD Electronics, we understand that timely delivery is critical to your production schedule. We are committed to ensuring your electronic components arrive safely and swiftly through our efficient logistics network and trusted carrier partnerships.

1. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We offer flexible shipping options to meet your delivery timeline and budget requirements.

1.1 Express Courier Services

1.2 Ship on Your Account

If you have your own logistics account (e.g., FedEx, DHL, or UPS monthly billing), we support freight collect shipping. Simply select this option at checkout and provide your account credentials.

2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

2.1 Standard Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • For most international orders, base shipping starts at approximately US$60–100 depending on the region.
  • Remote area surcharges (as defined by the carrier) may apply to certain destinations.

2.2 Free Shipping

Exclusions May not apply to oversized, overweight, or shipments to select countries (South Africa, Brazil, India, Pakistan, Israel, etc.)

3. Processing & Delivery Times

3.1 Order Processing

  • In-Stock Items: Picking and packing begins within 4 hours of payment confirmation.
  • Daily Cutoff: In-stock orders confirmed before 5:00 PM HKT on business days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders confirmed after the cutoff ship the next business day.
  • Weekends & Holidays: Our warehouse is closed on Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed during these periods are prioritized on the next business day.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you a Shipment Confirmation containing a tracking number and carrier tracking link. You can also monitor your order status in real time by logging into your account on wwdparts.com.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing (e.g., DDP terms), our default trade terms are FOB (Free on Board) or DAP (Delivered at Place, duties unpaid).

  • Buyer's Responsibility: All import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, and broker fees are the responsibility of the recipient (Customer).
  • Documentation: We provide a complete commercial invoice and packing list with every shipment to facilitate customs clearance. If you have special requirements for declared values or documentation, please note them at checkout or contact us before shipment.
  • Customs Failure: If a package is returned or destroyed because the customer refuses to pay duties or fails to assist with customs clearance, all resulting costs (including return shipping) will be borne by the customer. We reserve the right to withhold refunds in such cases.

6. Shipping Insurance & Damage Claims

While we use professional anti-static and shock-resistant packaging, transit risks cannot be entirely eliminated.

  • Insurance: We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders. We can arrange this on your behalf; the cost is borne by the customer.
  • Damaged or Lost Shipments: Upon receipt, please inspect the outer packaging carefully. If you discover significant damage or missing items, refuse delivery or request the courier to note the damage on the spot. Contact us at support@wwdparts.com within 3 days, retaining all packaging materials and photographs. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
