Quality & Traceability Requirements
Tell us which quality and documentation requirements your project needs before a source is quoted. This helps define an acceptable lot and the evidence required with the order.
Documents to request
- Manufacturer or supplier certificate of conformity, where available.
- Lot and date-code information, labels and packaging photographs.
- Traceability records covering the offered material.
- Inspection or test reports, including the required test scope.
- RoHS or other compliance documentation covering the exact ordering code.
Confirm scope before ordering
Document availability depends on the source and lot. Ask for confirmation of the issuer, product coverage and report scope. A catalog compliance statement or product image does not replace evidence for the offered material.
Inspection and packaging requirements
Specify any visual, electrical, marking or packaging checks required by your process. Include ESD, moisture-sensitive packaging and unopened-packaging requirements where applicable. The agreed scope belongs in the quotation and order confirmation.
After delivery
Keep the labels, packaging and supplied records with your receiving inspection. If you identify an issue, contact support with the order and part details. See the return and warranty conditions.
